Nam Joo-hyuk is currently enlisted in the military police squad
Actor Nam Joo-hyuk is joining the army.
According to the agency Management Forest, Nam Joo-hyuk will begin his military service as a member of the military police corps’ task force on March 20.
Nam Joo-hyuk applied for the military police force last year and passed. After receiving basic military training for five weeks after admission, after completing education at a comprehensive administrative school, he/she will be assigned to his/her own battalion.
Born in 1994, Nam Joo-hyuk began his career in the entertainment industry in 2013 as a model for Song Ji-ohomme 2014 S/S Collection.
His acting debut was the tvN drama “Princess Yingyeo,” which aired in 2014. Since then, Nam Joo-hyuk has improved his acting skills by appearing on KBS 2TV’s “Hua U-School 2015,” MBC’s “Cheese in the Trap,” SBS’s “Moon Lovers-Bo Kyung Shim Ryeo,” MBC’s “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-joo,” tvN’s “Ha Baek’s Bride 2017,” Netflix’s “Start-Up,” and tvN’s “Twenty-five.”
He also showed his presence on the screen. Nam Joo-hyuk succeeded in transforming his acting by appearing in “Joje” and “Remember,” which was released in December last year, starting with his first movie “Ansi-sung” in 2018.
The last work before joining the military is the Disney+ original series ‘Vigilante’. After finishing filming last year, it will be released on Disney+.
