‘Return to Lillard’ Portland beats Indiana
The Portland Trail Blazers added to the win thanks to the return of the main player.
Portland beat Indiana Pacers 116-100 in a home game at Moda Center in Portland, Oregon on the 5th (Korea time).
A happy face is back. Damian Lillard, who missed the past seven games due to a calf injury, has returned. Portland was 2-5 in seven games without Lillard.
Lillard scored 21 points, 4 rebounds, and 6 assists in 32 minutes and 2 seconds. Ten three-point attempts were made, half of which were inserted into the rim. The overall shot was successful by trying 16.
Portland had a close game by exchanging leads within 10 points until the second quarter, but it took a big lead in the third quarter by 39-25, taking the atmosphere and solidifying the game.
Jerami Grant scored 28 points, Anpani Simmons scored 22 points, Yusuf Nerkic scored 19 points, and Josh Hart had a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.
In Indiana, Miles Turner scored 24 points and 9 rebounds and Buddy Hield scored 22 points and 11 rebounds, but it was not enough.
